Web Properties Page updated and will auto-list new sites with logos

Location: ND
 The WEB PROPERTIES page on the TON Corp Site now generates it's list from the Database, and includes the individual site logos.

In addition, the ability to change the site logo appears in Sites -> Manage Sites -> Click on your Site -> click Change Photo / Upload New
