Thanks Eric - Last question about this...

When I click on a recipe the navigation on the top shows Forums Home > Venison Recipes (or whatever the topic choice is). Can the navigation be changed so it is Recipes > Venison Recipes? Then they can get back to where they started from.

Just one more question - When I click on Recipes the Talk Forum box is highlighted on the left hand side. How do I make sure the Recipes box stays highlighted?

posted by: erickub. Hi Joan, this is handled easiest by the "Display Level" parameter that is available to all content.

When you edit anything, you have the option to adjust it's "Display Level" which for all new content defaults to "Normal".

The options for Display Level are:

Important
Normal
Low
Buried
Hidden

The Top Topics box also has the option to adjust the forum topics that appear within it by changing the "Minimum Display Level" field.

So, the answer is this:

1. Edit (doubleclick) the Top Discussions box, and set it's Minimum Display Level to "Normal"

2. Edit the Recipes Forum Group (click on Recipes, then click Edit Forum Group" and change it's display level to "Low"

Force a refresh on the home page and that should do it! (hopefully)
