Ranger unloaded on Bismarck intersection

Ristorapper Joined: 12/27/2001 Location: ND	Anyone know why a red ranger ended up on the ground at an intersection in Bismarck. have pics but on facebook. Bismarck tribune was there so it will be in Saturdays paper I'm sure. Sure wrecked someones weekend for sure.

Ristorapper Joined: 12/27/2001 Location: ND	that may explain why the trailer was towed off by the tow truck and the boat loaded on a flat bed trailer.
