Great Service

luveyes Joined: 08/16/2004 Location: ND	So many negative threads I thought I'd start another positive thread. Picked up my boat this weekend out of storage and had 1 tire wearing VERY BAD. Took it to Vistos Trailer service on Main in West Fargo today and the guy I talked to was very open and honest. He saw my tire and mentioned he would start by taking it to Fargo Tire to have it aligned and they would charge me to take it and pick it up; mentioning I would save 30 or so dollars just taking it there myself. After the alignment was checked they would look at the bearings and such, but he said he honestly he thought the bearings seemed good, and thought an alignment would be the only necessary work. Took it to Fargo Tire immediately. Dropped it off at 3 PM, they called at 4:30 to tell me it was done. Great service there. Not only did Vistos operate in a open and honest manner saving me some money, Fargo Tire was excellent and quick with their service. Needless to say the trailer will be going back to Vistos for bearing check, and new seals, etc....

Horsager Joined: 08/12/2003 Location: ND	Add Kistler rods to that list. $50 (including shipping) no questions asked rod replacement, got a couple back recently. Sent in the broken rods and got back 2 new ones in the velvet Kistler sleeves shipped in PVC tubes.

Pat'sPlace Joined: 02/20/2009 Location: nd	I had great service at Bismarck Scheel's regarding archery stuff. I can't shoot a recurve anymore due to blown out shoulders, so I borrowed a buddies backup bow last fall so that i could at least go bow hunting. I took the used bow to Scheel's and bought a whisker biscuit for it...they set it up, tuned it, adjusted draw length and coached me on how to shoot it (I've never shot a compound in my life!)...all for a $35 purchase. Of course, they were hoping I would come back if I needed my own new bow. And I did...and they have spent several hours with me getting the new bow setup, tuned, and most importantly tuning ME. A great bunch of guys in the archery dept there. You don't get that on the internet!

tinman Joined: 01/08/2006 Location: SD	Add Scheels in Rapid City to the list. they took back a cheaper bow i'd purchased and i bought the bow i wanted. they spent at least 4 hours setting them up and watching me shoot. they also have a good selection of bows on hand.
