Devils Ice Update??

Saw a bait shop note that Channel A was open and Pike were hitting. 

ice is good where there isn't moving water if you can get past the edges.  coulees up north were still pretty froze up this past weekend but should be opening after the nice weather we have had.  some are open though.  catching some fish south of garske along 20.  would imagine anywhere you can find open water you should be able to catch pike.  folks are long lining on old 281 south of the 19 jct. by the culverts.  also long lining on channel A.  my understanding is the northerns have been hitting for about a week and the walleyes just started.  good luck.  can't wait to get out.

was out fishin the channel still fairly slow then went to mission bay for evening that was way better but ice was bad i would say forsure after today no more ice fishin devils  unless you want to fall in for sure
