I think most wild fish will get out of the way, besides my guess is the fish farms being there in the first place might be a greater threat, I have heard that in many areas that farm trout and salmon disease gets out of control.

I dont go around guessing cup sizes either I just know a nice rack when I see one.

From what I read I think DB is on the mark. With the water flowing the way there has to be a ton of fish going to Oahe.

Its called gas bubble disease, It wont happen here because the water is too warm and  cant contain enough gas like nitrogen and oxygen for this to happen. This happens naturally below waterfalls in cold water streams the water becomes over oxygenated from the drop of the water over the falls. The fish begin to show blisters under the skin as a result of the disease.
